Description
Individual training with a Body technique instructor is based on the principles of wholeness, diversity, and fun, following the eight laws of holistic health. The introductory part of the session is conducted through cyclical warm-up (Body spinning, Body tracking), with an emphasis on moving the spine in three planes. The main part of the session is tailored to the specific needs of the client, using various props and the constant assistance of the instructor. By synchronizing correct breathing and movement, from feet to head, it acts on the body as a whole, supporting the health of internal organs, hormonal balance, and overall vitality. In the final part, manipulative, massage, and relaxing techniques are applied with the aim of regenerating and harmonizing all body systems.
